This company I have worked for them for almost 18 years of my life. They are nothing but a complete and total scam. I have seen them go and screw people out of there money not just the homowners but there sales force. That is what brings me here today. This company owes me over $11, 500 and now they are going to restructure the company. How can these scammers get away with this whithout having to goto jail?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Westurn replaced my roof 8 years ago, and I have to have it re-done again.
I had several other roofers comment on the quality of Westurn's work.
They both said many short cuts and sub-standard craftsmanship was applied.
I have known Tom the owner for years and he has always been honest and done great work on over 100 of our houses...If this salesman worked there for 18 years, he must of been done right.
I would disagree with this complaint. They did need a really good job on my roof, affordable and on time. Good crew as well.
