Wellington Risk Insurance Agency review: claims 1

I was one of the Harvey Victims who suffered Wind and Flood damage in my home. The insurance company took two months without calling me or sending me a letter for a check of 283.00 for the damage. Didn't even cover the tree removal. My ceiling in living, kids bedrooms and closets are coming down due to water damage. Yet in there estimates show they only see 1500 in damages, but I have a 1350 deductible.. My estimates from contractors are over 5, 000 in damages. After several phone calls, and spoke to 3 different people each time, they told me That according to there pictures, they dont see damages...I said, did you take the pictures? Crazy, i pay 1500 dollars a year for 6 years, for no coverage...Thank you Wellington for ripping me off.
