I went to the Doctor on Monay Acute Bronchitis, Flu. The Doctor prescribed 2 medications. Wellness says I have zero co-pay IF I go to their preferred Pharmacy Walgreens. Walgreens is highly dysfunctional in Yucca Valley, CA. I phoned my Insurance Co., and handed the phone to the Pharmacist to say that it was authorized. It did not work. I left after being there for hours. Yesterday, I phoned the Pharmacy, Doctor, Health Insurance all day. Walgreens NEVER answers the phone. It always says there are 2 callers ahead of you. Today, all morning, I tried calling the Doctor and Health Insurance with 2 phones, so that they could speak to each other. STILL without my prescriptions. The Insurance should pay what the Doctor orders. It is abuse and neglect to deny what is NEEDED. The Insurance is in the Philippines as it turns out. Amazon is in India, Frontier and Walmart are in the Philippines. The Wellness Insurance is in the Philippines, and I am in California. I will try to get well without the medication. They can shove it up their... I am BEWILDERED. Medicare takes their money from my Social Security, even when I don't go to any Doctor. When I am sick... Acute Bronchitis is a burning lungs type of problem. Inability to breathe. Tired, Weak... They want me on the phone arguing and driving 40 miles again and again to go get meds? RIDICULOUS. WHY is everything in India and the Philippines?
