I'm a disabled, Afro-American senior who is 73 years. I went to pay a bill. The elderly, gray hair headed women slammed the slip/pen on the desk. This is the 2nd. time. I forgotten my pin and had to call the bank. A gentleman was behind me, I told her to help him, she looked at me and said in a nasty voice said (I CAN'T GET OUT OF YOUR TRANSACTION. I got off the phone and paid my bill. I asked for a stapler, and she slammed it on the desk.

Desired outcome: FOR HER TO SHOW MORE RESPECT TO PEOPLE O A DIFFERENT COLOR.

If she cannot show even basic courtesy, that clerk has no reason to be working with customers. Report her straight to corporate and make sure to mention the place in your review. If they choose not to solve it, then you should move your business to another place. There are many other shops that would actually be grateful for your business.
