Webbank review: Mosaic home improvements. Does not want to cancel loan. 1

Today is 11/14/2023. My name is Cleotilde Gandarilla my Email is [protected]@lausd.net .Loan # 270908. Adress on property. 5157 E Brittain Street Long Beach Ca 90808. On 7/26/22 Mosaic and Viridi Construction are partnership. Mosaic paid Viridi Construction the contractor in full of $21,100 before installation completed on 7/26/22. The agreement is to do a cement block fence on both sides of the house 35 linear ft + 35 linear ft =70 Linear feet (continuing existing) and 1 porch 32 sqft in front of the existing ADU. I have been dealing Viridi construction company over a year with negligent and Lies.Finally the Installer viridi construction agree Mutual termination of contract settlement agreement the installer signed on 7/20/23 and it was emailed to Mosaic Home improvements 7/25/23. I got an email from mosaic they said. They are currently investigating all Viridi Construction loans and will be coming to resolution by the end of this month 8/31/23. 1 month pass they are still investigation all Viridi Loans. On September I have been calling every other day to check on the Cancellation loan the customer service from mosaic put me on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and they said they still investigation. Finally I got an answer on 10/26/23 said we can't not cancel this loan of $21,100 in order to cancel this loan Viridi must disbursement and returned full amount to Mosaic before any post-funding cancellation request.
