WA switched off my line by accident, I have now gone through 2 days of calling, begging, shouting to try and get my service back. With every person you have to start from scratch, my issue has been escalated to the point that the MD and COO will need to look at it. There is just no interest or ability in getting the issue resolved. Only after I have cancelled my services has the rentetion department become involved and they are all talk as the issue doesn't get resolved. I have lost a lot of money on calls and data
in teaching wa what customer service is and how short they are. I can't wait till I am free of their two months so I can be free of the most useless ISP in South Africa. Don't be fooled and watch out for their underhanded contracts and red tape.
Recommendation: Pick a isp that is willing to provide customer focus.
