We Care Heating and Air review: Trane a/c unit

This is a crooked company. Don't do business with this company. I bought an AC unit from them in 2019 and they never registered it and did not tell me I needed to register it. I had a fan motor go out on the outside unit and because the unit was never registered, I had to pay $635 out of pocket for the fan motor. The placard on the unit shows it being manufactured in 2019 and is supposed to have a 10 year warranty but Trane would not honor the warranty due to the unit not being registered. The service manager (Randy Welborn) lied and told me the warranty issue had been resolved but when I called Trane I was told because of the registration not being completed I did not have a warranty. I would never buy a Trane Unit. This company is crooked too!
