Wattpad - Read & Write Stories review: Deleting my account with no information or recourse

Wattpad deleted my account and removed a story I'd published without informing me. No emails or notifications. I found out because I tried to log in to my account and couldn't access it anymore. I tried to address this with them via multiple support tickets, but instead of engaging, the help desk sent me text copied verbatim from an FAQ and wouldn't answer the questions in my ticket about why the account and story were removed.
