Watkins Ward Investigators review: disappointed

I employed an investigator to investigate a personal matter back in early Aug 2021, he was very helpful and sympathetic to begin with, but he achieved Min results. I only paid half of the money originally and he created an urgency in me saying there was info to share but couldn't as I hadn't paid the balance. I paid the balance and he came back with Min info about the asset. I had to chase him with emails, He promised to write up a final written concluded report of the work done. But nothing 2 months later. He promised me they can be reach anywhere at anytime as he had a team that worked all over the UK, when I needed him to be somewhere as it was a good time to catch someone in the act. He said they needed 24rs notice but did try his best to get someone there which I appreciated even though the result was not achieved. He was initially very keen and helpful and I was put at ease, but he didn't deliver the final concluded report of what the outcome was. I have asked for a refund and he returned £229 which I greatly appreciated as the last 5hrs of surveillance was not used. I am still waiting for the written final case report as promised. I have requested a refund on the basis the final case report was not received after chasing it up various times,i hope to receive it soon.
