Company Name Warranty Service, My claim number C2726335, My claim date 06/23/2022. On 06/23/2022 I filed a claim with Warranty service for my recliner that became broken. I sent photos and a technician came to my house. I was told I had to wait 12 weeks for a replacement part that was back ordered. I waited over 12 weeks and when I called they said the part is no longer available so they are searching third parties for the part. The 12 weeks I was originally told to wait was an obvious lie. I have now been waiting 6 months for my chair to be repaired or replaced. I really need help my husband had leg surgery and he really needs to use the recliner for his rest. Please help me resolve my claim
