Walmart and Vanilla.com review: Was unable to access the card and then told I bought it at ebay and it has been used

Teenage clerk sold me two cards the $250 worked but the $500 did not. Called company said was purchaed on ebay and had been accessed asked to speak to supervisor and sent to non working telepne. I purchased it vfrom a teen aged clerk at walmart oskaloosa, iowa. Not ebay. Never activated so how can it have been used?

Have been told that walmarat is not responsible because it is a third party sale and that vanilla.com is responsible. They say it is walmarts responsibility.. There have been 365 similar complaints to walmart and tho vanilla, com according to the internet, they llied to me because I did not use ebay to purchase the card. I feel it was the clerks error since on worked and the other didn't. I am on social security. This is a crime against an elder and a scam. Please help me because no I am in danger of eviction for non payment of rent. Cannot pay my utility bills.
