WakeMed Health & Hospitals review: Customer Service

Last night I went to Wakemed Urgent Care in Fequay-Varina in extreme pain. I made my co-pay, and was told it would be an hour wait. After waiting for 45 minutes in extreme pain, I was told that the doctor wasn't going to see anyone else that he/she was sick. At this time it was to late to go to another Urgent Care, it was a couple minutes before 8:00 pm, and that's what time they close. I also have not got my Co-pay back. I was told to call there today and speak with the manager because she had already closed out her drawer. When I called today, the manager isn't in, and I still can't get my money back or place a complaint. I ended up having to go to the Emergency Room which costs a lot more money then the Urgent Care with my insurance. I am very unhappy with the unprofessional care that was provided, and would like for it to be addressed, and my money needs to be straightened out.
