Wachovia and Wells Fargo review: Auto loan

I want Wachovia off my car title. They wrote off my car loan, after years of good on time payments, I ran into a hurdle, was severely injured on my job and made pmts. Loan sold, a write off, 8 yrs ago and still on title I'm disabled and care for disabled daughter. I need to register my car. They've been paid so should be off title yrs ago. I'm in NC now but loan was in CA.
Why are they still on my title and will they want more money for a car loan they already got a tax write off credit for PLUS money for selling my loan?
Over four debt buyers had my loan in one year.
Nobody knows where it is, who has it and why Wachovia is still on title. They are scammers, liars and thieves, with thousands of complaints since 2008, when they should have dissolved not merged with Wells Fargo.
After surging all I have, plus a leg amputation, I need to use my car, legally and that should not be a problem. Help get these criminals to do the right thing.
