I recieved a letter about corsa miss information on standard air bags.from motorbility about £250 compensaion for miss selling, The letter said a preloaded card would be sent but when the card came it had nothing on it your help desk which i have tried several times but told a load of rubbish, I even went to the dealership i got the corsa from and they had not heard anything about this scheme or scam, I had another phone call from one of your help desk and told her i had been to the dealership and what they said. they like me said how can you take £250 FROM £0 when the letter says preloaded with nothing if this is customer care keep it i have written to motorbility telling them ot this chaos and is this a scam to take out another DEBIT card iwill go back to the dealership Dickins in Wrexham to say i am sorry for wasting there time to resolve VAUXHALL mismanagment
