On 8-9-22 @ 9:30am I was called up to answer questions and they said I had to make payment. I didn't have any form of payment with me just my license and insurance card. I requested to be billed which then the very old lady working there said rudely would be denying me the service. I asked to speak to the manager which led her to ask if I may be billed for the services and she came back stating he, the manager, agreed to deny me the services and was to busy to speak to me. I then asked why because I have been doing business with VRI for many years and paid my bills and never was denied service she then stated rudely I was told about payment, which I had not been told, and knew better. She asked for me to reschedule and I said I would need to have my services done at a different business due to the way I felt rudely mistreated and the manager not wanting to talk with me. She then stated "whatever" and that I was going to have to pay anywhere I go. I then stated she didn't work for those other companies and would not know and I felt she was a very rude lady and should know how to speak to people. So I left extremely upset and felt I was mistreated so rudely by her and her manager. It's also very upsetting to be denied medical needed services and being treated with such disrespect. I want to also stress the fact on how hard it is to get an appointment with VRI with extremely long waiting periods then being rushed on the phone when finely scheduling the appointment just to go to the appointment and be mistreated is far to much to handle and will never be doing business with VRI again.

Desired outcome: The old lady and her manager need more training on how to work with customers with medical issues. VRI needs to help people with finding ways for payments and never deny medical services needed. A phone call of apology would be helpful.
