Voltzwagon review: Passat 2015

I purchased this car for my son 12/28/2019, I have owned this car for 3 years and the paint is peeling off of the hood in chunks I have applied wax and this car is in remarkable shape. This is so disappointing. My son is at the Air Force Academy and I was ready to ship this vehicle to him. The paint is missing down to the metal and seems to be quickly enlarging in diameter. Once this car makes it to Colorado this winter the hood will begin to rust! I have owned Toyotas, Lexus, Volvo and have never experienced such a problem! Please rectify this situation and make good on your product!
