Voda Express Car Wash review: Completely tore the rear wind shield wiper off of my Honda CRV

I went to Voda Car Wash for the first time.
Their website tries to tell you how good they are.
So I had high hopes. From the very start, the attendant was unkind and unprofessional and did not offer any information/explaining regarding the car wash. Told him I was shocked – surprised in a bad way by his treatment of customers. I went through the car wash. And I pulled around to vacuum my car. When I got to the back of the car to vacuum the back of the car out – – – I noticed immediately that the entire back window windshield wiper had been torn off the car. I was in disbelief. I immediately went to the office. And they danced all around responsibility. They claimed to no accountability for the car wash ripping the wiper off the car. They claimed they were not responsible. They did not pay for the damage. They did not care. They did nothing. I now had a car without a back wiper.
I ended up having to go to Community Honda. And there, I had to absorb the cost of paying for a new windshield wiper for my back window of my Honda CRV. Speaking with other people regarding this unacceptable treatment at Voda Car Wash – I learned that such damage has happened to many many many people that go through this car wash. How and why Voda Car Wash gets away with it is practically criminal. They charge high price to wash your car. They damage your car. They do nothing. They accept no responsibility or accountability for any damage that their machinery does to your vehicle. And they simply do not care.
Clearly – I went to Tommy's Express Car Wash. They said they had many people with similar stories come to them. Be warned. It could happen to you. It's happened to so many people. Self included.
