Lacks experience. Made a disaster of my poor nose. Blocked my passages and caused problems irreparable.
Should be investigated by medical board because of the high number of patients he does harm to.
It's been brought to my attention today dr. V grigoryants is responsible for the uploads of 100's of positive reviews for his practice. He has 4 times the amount of phoney positive reviews than celebrity and well known docs.
He serves legal notices to patients whose bodies and faces he destroys prohibiting them from telling the world what he did and showing their photos.
He is a fraudulent doc to be fooling the public with phoney positive reviews.
He did no training in functionality of nose and is known for causing internal damage and leaving undesirable results!
Causes harm and destroys many lives.
Selling patients tissue and cartilage to tissue banks without their consent is wrong!
Consultations are a joke, 3 minutes if you're lucky, he has no time for patients, only wants their dosh.
Performs illegal experiments using patients as lab rats for his publications. Used 32 patients and messed their noses doing a short spreader graft experiment. Is now using patients in a long spreader graft trial without their consent!
He will surely kill someone soon! Dangerous horrible surgeon.

Vladimir Grigoryants along with his family have no shame or skill. Their only skill likes in botching people, writing fake reviews and engaging in other fraudulent and unlawful behavior. All the well respected names in the industry know what he has been doing ever since he got his license. The California State Medical Board should periodically review the mental state of practitioners and restrict their privileges when there are serious incidents such as in the case of Vladimir Grigoryants. If you are thinking about any type of surgery it is best to go with a reputable doctor and do a thorough research. Vladimir Grigoryants ( this mentally unstable lunatic likes to have a review rating of over 4.5. If any of his victims leaves a negative review detailing their horrifying experiences, he goes bananas and gets their reviews removed using a paid service.
In the past he has made various accounts where he has pretended to be a female patient and has left a review for his practice describing himself as a " Nose God, True Artist). Just put the the following word " True Artist when you are reading his reviews on Yelp, you will see how many reviews will come up. It will be absurd to think that all patients would use the word " True artist". Over 50% of his positive reviews use that word.
Doran Pharmacy is Vladimir Grigoryant's sister's pharmacy. Take a look at the review written by the business owners daughters where they bash other similar business and write a 5 star review for their own business. Marie Sophie K. is Susanna Kehishyan's daughter and she has written a 5 star review for their business which is against Yelps TOS.
Unethical, unlawful people that will do anything for money. Do not support these criminals.

Currently he is heavily marketing his niece. She is being marketed as an experienced injector. She has only one year of experience. Yet, from day 1 Vladimir Grigoryants was marketing her as an experienced injector.
Please research carefully and do not risk your health and safety.
Please do not have surgery with Grigoryants. I hope that he gets punished for all his crimes. He has made millions off of poor patients. He lacks understanding of basic anatomy. All his negative reviews and evidence of criminal activity is hidden. Take a look at how many complaints he has on ripoff. If you google his name only 1 percent of the negative reviews show up. He has a ton of negative reviews.

Vladimir Grigoryants' victims. Harassment, threats, and NDA's are all so common. He botches people, over-grafts their noses, or shortness and rotates the tip so much that patients are left suffocating. If anyone dares to say something or write a negative review than they are met with more hostility, harassment, and dismissal.
Vladimir Grigoryants is known for blocking his own patients. Take a look at evidence of how his patient got blocked. He offered a patient a refund and then blocked her. What type of sane doctor does that?
How can this be normal and not freighting. Why is he hiding all these information from the public?
I don't know how this delusional man goes to work and operates. It is crazy that he is out there with twisted mental state and does surgeries on patients.
This is beyond scary. How many patients have to be disfigured or disabled for the state Medical Board to keep such quacks away from the public?
One reason for these are the NDA's. Next time you decide to have a surgery with him ask about his NDA'S botch rate and see what type of response he will provide.
Botched Patient of Dr. Grigoryants. Look at this patient's nose. Overly grafted wide nose, with ski-slope tip. Vladimir Grigoryants threatened this patient and she had to sign an NDA to remove her review from the net. This is the type of evidence that Grigoryants does not want you to see . He is quick to silence, harass and threaten patients. Many of this own patients have filed complaints with the Medial Board of California.

Most of the time the NDA offer or any type of bribery to victims is done over the phone. In the past he has been caught of recalling virtu emails and does not want written or paper evidence of his criminal actives.

Unfortunately, it is not without a reason that when someone types the name Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants the top search terms are botch, Malpractice and lawsuit. There is a lot of pertinent information that you will not be able to find because it has been deleted. Plastic surgery is a risky procedure that can cost a lot of money. Do your thorough research and do not trust the reviews alone. Especially the ones with advertising content such as choose him, I highly recommend him, he changed my life, he is a miracle worker. In this day and age many people are making use of influencer marketing in exchange for free procedures, reviews. Spend your money on a skilled, knowledgable doctor with good etiquette and moral valuables.
Vladimir Grigoryants gave the girl in the last picture sharp, pointy tip nose which can clearly been seen not to be proportional with the rest of her face. Then the nose god, the artist as his family members and his ego-centric self calls himself attempted another surgery and still failed ( Bottom- Left) the patient had also bleeding issues with her nose. The patient had to go under the knife with another surgeon and the result is the ( Bottom -right picture) that you see which is much more proportional to her face. This is after 2 failed surgeries with Vladimir Grigoryants. This patient had a yelp review and after Grigoryants saw the review and the pictures and how it would hurt his image of God and artist he made her sign an NDA in exchange for her to remove her review from yelp. Vladimir Grigoryants is the most atrocious animal that you will come cross. This guy is beyond cruel. He has many disabled patients. This animal does not know what he is doing.
The patient in the middle picture had grafts inserted in her nose with were done improperly and the result is the overly wide, uneven nose along with breathing issues.

He then asked the patient in the middle picture to remove her negative review and he will issue a partial refund. After the patient removed her review, he told her he will not be refunding her. He uses a virtru email exchange. This allows him to revoke emails. In addition, it is said that a website called Makemeheal caught him for posting his own reviews on its site.
There was a thread and discussion about this which has been removed.
Others surgeons have called out this animal for doing so but he continues with the same sick behaviour as he does not care. He only cares about increasing the 0's of his bank account at the expense of disabling patients.
The patient in the first picture had her nose collapsed completely and had to undergo multiple surgeries. Vladimir Grigoryants caused permanent disability on this patient by damaging her nerves. The patient is unable to breathe , suffers from dry nose, lack of mucus production, nerve pain, post nasal drip and had to undergo multiple reconstructive surgeries which failed to correct the damage that Vladimir Grigoryants caused. In addition, Vladimir Grigoryants falsified this patients operative report and violated her HIPPA right.
This patient was also offered money in exchange for an NDA.
In addition he also botched another girl and had again caused issues with spreader grafts. The patient tried to sue her for malpractice and he accessed her medical record and obtained private information without her permission.
This pathetic man has not displayed any emotion, any empathy for what he has done to many of his patients. He is only concerned about his reviews and generating business by disabling patients because he clearly lacks skill, common sense, and judgment.

The article mentions that 32 patients were selected and for this experiment the effectiveness of short spreader grafts were evaluated specifically for people with thick skin..
The result - aesthetic improvements were observed in all patients ( Hmm- very subjective. If this was a blind study.
All patients- How did he evaluate? Did he bring in other doctors? or was this only his opinion? Did he ask the patients? How can he claim that aesthetic improvements were observed in all patients. Do you see the bias?
He also mentions that short spreader grafts allow for more aggressive narrowing of the lower part of the nose after dorsal hump removal. He loves aggressive surgeries. The very first picture of that example is a clear evidence of that. End result- valve collapse, inverted V- some of the visible deformities.
In fact, we have two clear examples of patients one with bulked nose in this picture and another example a medical professional who is well versed suing Grgoryants about issues with her spreader grafts. Go to court and read her lawsuit.
There was a You-tube video of a girl complaining about her nose and breathing issues that she got from Vladimir Grigoryants. Her video and testimony can no longer be found.
I would not be surprised if she was paid to take down her video. This is typical of Grigoryants offering hush money to patients.
In her video the patient was mentioning the damaging effects of turbinate reduction.
There is so much information that can be written about this pathetic doctor and the crimes that he has committed against his patients .

I hope that Karma catches up with this man and he gets liable for what he has done. Justice will be served when he ends up in prison for the crimes that he has committed against his patients.
Do you want a Michael Jackson Nose? Go see Dr. Grigoryants. He will give you that and on top add a bunch of issues to the inside of your nose. He ruined my decent Mexican nose and added a lot of problems to the inside of the nose. Now I have to find a doctor who is a good plastic surgeon and ENT.
I was not aware of his lack of qualifications and training for the Ear, Nose and Throat. Something to keep in mind, he is a general doctor meaning his knowledge and skill is NOT DETAILED and thorough. If Michael Jackson type of nose is something that you find appealing plus breathing problems he is a good fit. He acted polite in the beginning but became cold, cocky and heartless after I presented my issues to him. He treated me like a cash cow and I am embarrassed, broke and disappointed in making such poor choice.
I am also a victim of this doctor. How do we collectively take action for this scam? I left negative reviews on another page and my reviews all got deleted. I have been to Los Angeles County Court and have read the lawsuits and accusations against him. I have heard all about the NDA's, and threats used by this doctor when his victims leave negative reviews. It is just astounding how he has not been arrested and legally charged for this acts that violate the law and patient rights. I know that disclosing patient health information is a huge offense but can be damaging for the patients health because of the personal and private details being disclosed intentionally. This is another form of harm. Vladimir Grigoryants is a mentally sick and twisted doctor who rarely does anything unintentional. He is know to run experiments on his patients so he can get additional experience. There is a lot of information that is not known to patients and has been deleted from the internet. So before handing someone your money and trusting them to do any work on your face dive deeper because surgery carries huge risks and involves a lot of money. Invest the time and resources to find the right doctor. The information that I am including in this review was not known to be and I wish I was aware of these important information about this doctor before having surgery with him.

This is a warning for anyone considering of doing a surgery with Vladimir Grigoryants. Photoshop and fake positive reviews have done wonders for this con-artist. What you should know is that he has countless of botched patients and pays money to have his negative reviews deleted and has invested a lot of time in building an online portfolio of countless positive reviews and hundreds of photoshopped photos. No one in the industry respects this Dr. called Vladimir Grigoryants. Everyone knows what this schizophrenic has done with his poor patients. If he was a great doctor he would not pay money to his botched patients in exchange to have their reviews deleted. He has even sent death treats and harassed several of his patients that tried to speak up.
I believe you because he harassed me. I am a former patient of his too. I have never encountered any physicians like this? HOW can he continue to get away with it and how would he feel if someone threatened him? He would play the victim and try to portray an innocent picture of himself. He is a master manipulator.
True, he is cold when you have anything negative to say. He does not like to hear anything negative about his work as it deflates his ego. His ego and money seemed more important to me than the outcome of the work he does. He does not like to be critiqued. Very cold and self-centered and goes ballistic when you complain.
Worst doctor in the entire world. He caused a hole in my septum. I had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty done at the same time. He said he will give me septolastic surgery to help me breathe better. However, his septoplastic surgery has caused a hole in my septum. I saw a few other doctors who shook their heads. They said your doctor casued a lot of damage. I can't breathe though my nose and my nose keeps bleeding al the time. This doctor is the worst. He is one crazy man.
Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants performed a rhinoplasty on me in 2009. We discussed a plan for my nose through 2-3 emails. I emailed again with more questions about cartilage. He asked if he could call me so I agreed. I discussed using a combination of septal and ear cartilage in the tip because I wanted the cartilage placed in that area to last a life time. He agreed to use both septal and ear cartilage. The plan was to place a dome of cartilage over my nose tip to make my tip look less wide, build up the bridge area, and build up the tip by placing a building block of cartilage in the tip. I wanted to use only "natural" material. He highly recommended using a silicone implant for the bridge area. I told him that I really wasn't a big fan of those. I asked if there was any other alternative because he didn't prefer rib cartilage as I first suggested. He said there was "fascia." I asked him what that was and he said that it was a thin piece of cartilage from the scalp area. He said that it would be way too thin and said that the silicone implant was unsurpassed. I took his advice and agreed to the silicone implant. He told me that my surgery would take 3-3 1/2 hours. I woke up after surgery and noticed that an hour and a half had lapsed. After I got back to the hotel I I looked in the mirror and didn't see much change at all and noticed that my nose was asymmetrical. Later on I found out that he lied to me about how fascia was used to get me to have that silicone implant that he prefers. I found out that fascia is not used as a flat piece but as a wrap for diced cartilage that can be made a thick as needed (depending on patient needs). Several years later I had my nose examined by another plastic surgeon and he said all my septal cartilage was there! I was shocked. I was able to obtain a copy of my medical records from the surgery and the operative record states "rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction." My anesthesia record states "rhinoplasty, septoplasty, turbinate reduction" under proposed operation. Clearly, he didn't do what he said he would do. My nose is too short because it is missing a building block of cartilage that he did not put in, it is asymmetrical, too wide at top of tip, over-rotated, and there is an indentation over the skin at the base of the implant. When I confronted Dr. Grigoryants about this he said "I will do it again!" He emailed me back with exclamation mark and said that I signed a form agreeing to have surgery. He was nice when answering questions before surgery but after was extremely rude for no apparent reason. I also had to remind him to remove the stitches from my nose before I left the office. I was flying back to Missouri. I had no healthcare insurance at the time. This was a big gamble for me. There was a lot of control and negativity in my life and thus subsequent failures. This surgery was just another slap in the face and he knew I was having hardship because I told him why I was having surgery. This was a horrible experience. It is hard to trust people now.
This is an addendum to my original post. Vladimir Grigoryants has been accessing text messages on my phone and approaching people that know me and my healthcare providers and telling them that I make up stories about my health. I am also being harassed because I am on social security disability now for stress and depression. This has been going on for awhile. This plastic surgeon is abusing his privileges as a physician and using his license to manipulate. I have been misdiagnosed and treated very badly by healthcare providers because of Vladimir Grigoryants. This has gotten so out of hand that I had to report it to the medical board but they could not do anything about it. I need support from people that have been through this. Who else can I report this to? The stress got so bad recently that I ended up in the hospital because I didn't want to live anymore. This plastic surgeon is really dangerous and I fear for my safety. I don't know who to turn to for help. It's only a matter of time before something else bad happens. He doesn't know how to stop and he truly derives pleasure from hurting people.

It’s been 7 month after my surgery with Dr. G! I’m not happy with my nose. Not defined, very wide, tip dropping. Only polly beak deformation was fixed. I told my concerns at 3 month post-op appointment and dr G told me it was just swelling that’s why my nose looks wide and drooping. And when swelling will be gone my profile will be the same as after my cast removal. I heard opposite thing - when swelling going down your tip is always dropping a bit and these is no way it goes up again. My main concern was that I still can’t breath properly, when I was at the first consultation before the surgery dr G said that of course he will fix it by putting spreader grafts. At my 3 month post op appointment I told him that my breathing not good (feels like I breath through the straw) he started to claim that “no, you breath fine”, what - he meant that I was lying or what?! Then he approved that yes spreader grafts doesn’t help, my nose still not breathing well, my nostrils are collapsed cause there is no support and there is nothing he can do about that now. But why he didn’t tell me this BEFORE?!
So I’m very upset. I spent 13000$ for my revision with dr. G and he made nose very wide and with breathing problems. I don’t recommend him cause he says I’m lying!
I hearing news he posts lots of his good reviews on yelp, Realself, google reviews and other places.
