Wow, this company is bad, bad, bad. Ordered some springs over the weekend, called and was told it would be shipped in 24 to 48 hours. Still no confirmation after 48 hours and chatted and was told they are processing, will get it this week. Chatted on Friday and was told they are still working on it, will ship soon. When I asked for a supervisor to find out when, disconnected. Then I called and was told by there Cust Service that they are moving to Wisconsin and NOTHING is being shipped for 4 to 6 weeks! In all the calls and Chats nobody mentioned that before. Wonder if I'll actually get my refund or I will have to call many more times?
