My package was sent out last Tuesday to head from CA to me. According to the transit time map, that put my estimated delivery on or about Friday or the following Monday. I was informed up front that if I missed the delivery, a $50 fee would be charged. Friday and Monday came and went. Then, on Tuesday I was called late in the afternoon to set up a delivery for Wednesday between 9am and 1pm. So Wednesday I sat around all morning and waited for the package to come. I waited, and waited. 1pm came and went. What the heck?

At 2pm I called the carrier. Where's my package? I was then put on hold for about 15-20 minutes. When she finally came back online, I was informed that my package required a liftgate truck. They had put it on a regular truck, and so couldn't make the delivery today. She said the local hub would call me later in the afternoon to reschedule. So- I had waited all day for a delivery that didn't come, and now I had to wait for a phone call to reschedule. I called them back and asked if I could pick it up at the hub. The CS rep told me they were driving it back to Illinois, and I'd have to wait.

I was informed I would be penalized $50 if I was not available to accept the delivery. I went out of my way and made damn sure I was there to sign for it today, but it never came. Shouldn't I be compensated for my time? According to them, no- too bad. Oh, and by the way make sure you take time off tomorrow to wait another 4 hours for your package. Otherwise, it's $50 in our pockets. Wow- I have better things to do tomorrow than wait for you guys to get your act together.

I'll update tomorrow and report if I actually get the stupid thing or not.

Well, I waited again today and called them at 12:00pm to find out if it was on the way. They did put it on a truck with a lift gate this time. But, the lift gate was broken. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and let me know if wasn't coming today.

I am speechless. Also, they refuse to refund any portion of my shipping charges (which were close to $200).

It finally came on Friday (the third day of waiting) after I caused a really big stink. They got a truck from Dohrn trucking to make my delivery. I was never reimbursed anything for the three days I was stuck at home waiting. And no sign of even an apology from anyone, just a comment from the driver when he dropped it off that I picked a bad time to order my package since his truck was out of commission. I hope your package comes sooner than mine did. I feel their tracking information online is a joke, and the estimates of when the delivery will be made are inaccurate.

worse trucking company I have ever seen in 30 years in Business - After three weeks for a shipment from California to Cincinnati it's still sitting on a dock in Columbus, Ohio - Even Oscar who's a VP doesn't follow up and will lie to your face - When I told him they were the worst shipping company I have ever seen he just laughed - If you read their reviews and still use them you are an idiot

WORST TRUCKING COMPANY...EVER! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER ON TIME, DAMAGED GOODS, LOST GOODS AND AN EXCUSE FOR EVERYTHING! YOU'D BE BETTER OFF PUSHING IT DOWN THE ROAD!

Looks like this company NEVER changes in years. I live in NJ. My package was shipped from CA on 29 OCT. It reached NJ on 01 NOV. When I called them, they stated that they do not have power in their terminal and someone will give me a call on Tuesday, 06 NOV. Tuesday came and went. No call. When I called them Wednesday, they said the package is being transferred to a local shipping company Landair express and I should get a call first thing Thu morning. It is way past noon and no call. When I called them, they are repeating the same story. They have NO CLUE ! I cannot imagine a company running so inefficiently and still staying in business. No idea when I will receive my package.

This is not a service complaint, is a complaint as Vision express LTL works illegally.
I live next to where they have their office and parking of trucks in Huntington Park and noise pollution and fumes that they emit is unbearable, I wanted to talk to the manager, he never been in the office, I sent letters to the manager informing to them of the situation illegal in that they are working and They have never listened to me, I sent emails to the manager and only once have answered my emails.
All night the noise is unbearable, also we can not open the windows because enters pollution to our home, I have a daughter with asthma and with all the pollution generated by their trucks, my daughter has had respiratory problems because Vision express LTL still parking their trucks near my house, I already have said several times in the emails sent to the manager that please do not park trucks near to my house because they are parking their trucks with the engine running and polluting fumes all the time, but the manager has never cared this situation.
Vision Express LTL is a company that does not respect the environment and people and also does not respect the law.

Yea..These people lie about everything they do and watch out for the eas coast office!What a joke! The people there are all idiots and must be run by a circus monkey! I ordered a table top that came to me in pcs...F*cking pcs and you would think they would call you to advise you of the damage so you do not waste and entire day waiting for a truck that was suppose to show up at 11am instead more like 4pm with crumbs for my table top...What a joke this company is!

So I'm interested, did you ever get your delivery? I'm waiting for one too but it just got sent out on Monday. I called Vision Express LTL company yesterday to ask for confirmation on my delivery and they said I'd be contacted by my local delivery terminal. I've yet to receive a call from them letting me know the delivery schedule.
