Visible Denver, Colorado review: Visible gift card deal

I switched to Visible phone service because they had a special deal that if I purchased a phone from them and transferred my phone number from an eligible carrier and paid for service for 3 months that they would give me a $200 virtual gift card and air pod 3's worth $150. I fulfilled all of those requirements and they have not given me the gift card or the air pods. Somehow I purchased the phone on one account and the service on another. The offer says nothing about duplicate accounts and they can see clearly that I have fulfilled all the requirements and have done nothing to help rectify the situation. I called in and spent 3 hours on the phone on December 3rd and was told they couldn't help me. I called again today, 12/15/2022 and they refused to honor the promotion. This is unacceptable service. I feel completely taken advantage of. I would not have switched phone service or purchased a phone through them had I realized they were not going to honor their promotion.
