Virus Geeks

I've been waiting for over a week to get my covid test results from Virus Geeks. I've tried reaching out to their support team, but haven't received any response.

It's been 5 days since the test was taken and we haven't heard anything. I've called many times but no one has responded. We got another test done in the meantime. The customer service is really bad.

I tried reaching out to Virus Geeks but they never pick up or call back. They claim to provide test results within 1-2 days, but it's been 4 days already and I really need to get back to work. I'm worried if I might be spreading covid, but who can say for sure.

Getting pre test info was a bit of a challenge 'cept at their 800 number. Staff at testing site were real helpful. Got results in 'bout 24 hours though staff tells ya 2-3 workin' days. Overall good experience.

I test weekly and enjoy the convenience of these services. The staff are very professional and they are doing a great job at my location. I appreciate their time. I am very satisfied with Virus Geeks. My test results come back to me within 24 hours 9 out of 10 times. Thank you.

I got a PCR COVID test from Virus Geeks at the *** on 1/11/22. They told me that the results will be available in 3 days. Today is 1/16/22, 5 days since the test. Still no results. It seems like most people who got tested by Virus Geeks are having similar problems. Check out the Yelp and Nextdoor reviews. Not getting any test results after 5 days is not good. It ruins the point of testing since you're supposed to stay home for 5 days if you have the virus. Just stay home and don't bother getting tested.

I got tested twice from Virus Geeks and both times I received a negative result, which is completely wrong! I am very positive with COVID, confirmed by two other tests. On the same days I took the Virus Geek tests, I also had a PCR done by another party and a rapid test at another clinic, both of which confirmed my positive status. Even my coworkers and boss, who got tested in another town at *** and CVS, are positive. I had terrible symptoms like burning lungs, coughing, and fatigue, yet Virus Geeks insists I don't have it. It's really suspicious. It's highly unlikely to get false negative results twice in a row from the same people, so I suspect they are not processing tests properly due to high volumes and are just sending out fake negative results to keep up. They are making $100 per test from us taxpayers. Just think about that, it's millions of dollars every day. It's a big business!
