Viridi Construction

Mosaic released money to Viridi construction but no work has been done. Paid all the disbursed money to Mosaic, check dated April 25, 2023 one for $49,500.00 and the other check $20,500.00. Have requested Mosaic to refund all that has been paid to them and up to now there is no resolution yet. Have emailed the cancellation contract settlement prepared by Viridi, signed by the client. Mosaic, as per their representative is saying still verifying with the installer and that the processing of refund is in progress. I want my refund now. What else is there to verify. Provided all the pertinent information regarding this project.

My project started on October 2021. Planing phase end on October 2022 and 2 weeks later building phase started and got stop on the 2nd week of January. I received a letter from Viridi saying that building process was going to take 2 weeks off due to reorganization. Well, they came to work until 2nd week of May for 1 day only and they haven't come back!... all this time I have been calling, emailing, texting and I have receive a valid reason why my project it's been on hold for such a long time!
