Virginia Employment Commission [VEC] review: Have not received months of Unemployment Benefits for 2020 and 2021

Good evening,

I received VEC determinations for monetary eligibility detailing a set amounts through the end of 2020 and 2021 and I have yet to receive my money. I have done everything I can within my reach to submit the correct documentation and try to get a hold of anyone and have not received any response from anyone to know what is wrong and why I have not received my benefits.

I am in desperate need of assistance. I'm a single mom of a 7-year trying to survive and get through a pandemic without loosing my home. Please help. I can provide the necessary documentation as proof of my eligibility to receive monetary assistance/VEC benefits. I'm owed months of unemployment benefits.

Please help.
