Victoriya Club review: Their customer service dept

I've tried to reach the Customer Service department since last week to get my girlfriend's contact info since I'm planning to fly to Warsaw next Fri2/23 to meet her personally. I've tried the phone number listed on their website 3 times since yesterday 2/12 but all I get is a Czech recording which I don't speak. I've also sent 2 more notes since yesterday. The Director of Customer Service has not replied to 1 of my messages over the past 2 or 3 months. I've been a member of this dating site for over 15 months & spent a lot of money w/ them. All I'm asking is that they reach out to Edyta as soon as possible so I can get her contact info then I can confirm my flight info. I won't be able to fly there without that info.
