Veyluno review: Clothing

On December 6, 2023, I placed an order on the website veyluno.com for a WICKED hoodie under a promotional Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer. As an excited customer looking forward to receiving my items for Christmas, I was optimistic about my purchase. However, my experience quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal.

After placing the order, I did not receive any confirmation email or shipping notice. Concerned about the lack of communication, I attempted to reach out through the "contact" page on the website to inquire about the status of my order. After receiving no response for several days, I decided to escalate my efforts by emailing the support address provided, [protected]@proton.me, hoping for a timely resolution. Unfortunately, this attempt also yielded no reply.

To further investigate the situation, I attempted to use the Shop App to access support services for my order. However, I discovered that all customer support functionalities that are typically available for other storefronts were non-existent for Veyluno. My frustration continued to mount as I realized my attempts to contact the company were becoming increasingly futile.

As of now, nearly a month has passed since my initial order, and I have yet to receive an acknowledgment of my purchase or any updates regarding my order. The lack of communication, combined with the inability to access customer support, has led me to believe that veyluno.com may be engaging in fraudulent activities.

I am deeply concerned about this experience and feel a sense of urgency to warn others about the potential scam associated with this website. It is essential for consumers to be aware of such situations to avoid falling victim to fraudulent online retailers. I believe appropriate action should be taken to investigate and possibly shut down Veyluno to protect other potential customers from similar experiences.
