I first assembled on December 31, 2024. It was a Christmas gift. Disappointedly, the Sparkling Water Maker carbonation process does not engage, nor make sparkling water.
Please advise as to what troubleshooting procedures I should pursue.

Desired outcome: I want replacement CO2 canisters or complete replacement set. Last option will be to request full refund. I would rather have a working Sparkling Water Maker. I am having problems attaching picture of Sparkling Water Maker
