I bought a new phone from Verizon Wireless on Thursday, January 13, 2022. Since my old phone was dying, I requested and paid $12.00 for overnight shipping. The phone was handed off to UPS with no trouble. Using UPS's tracking app, I learned that my phone would not arrive until Monday, January 17, 2022. This is unacceptable since I paid for overnight shipping. On Saturday, January 15, I tried to get a refund for the overnight shipping. Verizon Wireless reps passed me back and forth as if they had no clue. I tried to get through to UPS as well, but they too gave me the run around. All I want is my new phone to be delivered immediately
BTW, we had a snow storm today in Buffalo, NY delaying my delivery further. If I didn't pay for overnight shipping, I'd understand.
