The rep that was sent out and we dealt with misrepresented how the process goes. The rep has since been let go. The company is trying to bill us for canceling despite our rep telling us repeatedly we could cancel until a week before install. While trying to deal with this company we have called several times and nobody would transfer us to billing. I kept being given to other sales guys that were trying to strongarm us into going with there service. I spoke with a gentleman named Brad who refused to give his last name and was politely being a belligerent jerk the entire time. This was after getting transferred to him and being assured that he would solve my problem for me.
