Greetings I purchased a vanilla sky $25 gift card on 6/10/2023 @2:19 p.m.and a hallmark gift card .

I mailed the card which was a girt to help my bereaved family with funeral expenses. As you csn see on thr teceipt i purchaded a sympathy card also.

When my cousin recrives the gidt catd in Oklahoma & hoes yo use it . She is told it does not have any money. The card was unopened & unactivated.

She cslls in yo your customer servicre tells her the card was already used ;

I called in & was told i needed copy front & back of card . I don't have it waa mailed to Oklahoma & my cousin threw it away after telling me of the encounter after it could not be used.

THR BURDEN OF PROOF IS ON YOU, NOT US . WEVOURSCHAEED A CARD.

SOMEONE IS SCAMMING WUTHIN YOUR CIMOANY HOW ARE UNOPENED GIFT CARDS BEING SOLD & READ AS USED.

PLEASE REFUND MY $ 25 + 4.95 .

THIS IS THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE RECOMPENSE. IT SHOULD BE MORE.

I WILL REPORT THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS, THE CONSUMERS OF USA FINANCIAL.
