Misleading me and miss communication and they accused me of something I didnt do while I was on my practicum
hi my name is Ashley Lehman I went to Vancouver career college in Abbotsford and I did my work and I did one practicum and I got a email from my teacher saying I cant go back to school because someone wrote a letter saying I blasted the childcare on social media when it never happened and then saying I cheated on a time sheet when I did the wrong number and I changed right in front of the childcare worker at my practicum all I wanted was to finish my practicum and go to work and now I have to pay 18,000 for something I didn't finish this college is wasted my time and energy and now I am in debt because of this college its a waste of everybody's time to go here and now I have nothing to show for it I just want to finish my practicum and go on with my life

Comunication/ NO RESPONSE
First of all I did make a complaint a little while ago because I had given some CGFNS forms that needed to be filled out along with my transcripts and well after 3 months I did not get them. So they put me in touch with one of the directors of nursing. And communication was great until they sent the forms. Now I’m being told by CGFNS that they were not fully filled out and they have to be redone. I have emailed and I attempted calling (I just get voicemail of some guy when the person I was in contact with was a lady named Nicole). Apparently putting in a complaint is the only way to get someone to be in contact with you so I tried to call again to just put in a complaint with the school and the representative forward me to reception. Who was very confused as to why my call was put to there. Now it has been almost 5 months and I still don’t have complete filled out forms.
And I did also send an email to [protected]@career.college and did not get a response from them
Desired outcome: my forms filled out fully and correctly as soon as possible and sent.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I was mislead (lied to) by the admissions rep who earned at least part of his salary on commission. He lied and conned me into signing up for a one year course when all that I required for my training was the short 6 month course. This put me in school for twice as long and cost me twice the debt.
