I have been asked to verify my account after using this company for many years.I do not have any of the photo Id they are requesting so I can not get into my account.I have many e-reward vouchers I want to re-deem but can't as I can not login .The alternative is to cancel my account which I will not do as I will lose all of my rewards.I need to access my account but they are refusing to help just saying I have to verify which I can't do.
Claimed loss: over £117 in reward vouchers.
Desired outcome: They allow me to login without verification and I am able to claim my hard earned rewards.

I have been with valued opinions for many years and not had any problems until recently when I was suddenly locked out of my account and asked to verify my account.
I was unable to do this as the few documents permitted were not any I had as I do not have any photo ID because of this I was refused and issued with an if you don't want to verify you can cancel your account here.
I refused to do this as I have over £100 in e-rewards which I am unable to re-deem because of this unnecessary rule and until they change it I cannot access my account.Very poor in replying with no help given just a standard reply that I must verify so they have stolen from me and are a scam site.Do not go near very untrustworthy and dishonest site.
