Vallarta Garden review: Timeshare scam

Vallarta Garden convinced us to buy based on a promise that Arrow Marketing would rent the timeshare from us which would recover all our principle within one year. It was a year this past March and they told us it was slow and needed until August. In August they said they needed until November. In November they suddenly lost our information and told us we needed to prove that we had a contract. Once we proved we had a contract they said they needed until December. Then in December they told us we had to prove we had a contract again. We did and they said they did the transfer and the money would be in our account on the last Thursday of December 2022. It's mid January and we have still not received any updates. Meanwhile we continue to pay all the maintenance fees while we receive no compensation for the ongoing use of our timeshare.
