Valerijs Jakusevs (Valerij Yakushev) has been renting apartment, not paying utility bills, rent, not answering landlords phonecalls and texts. He is great at making excuses why payments were not made and would promise the money will be paid but his promises were worth nothing. I do not recommend dealing with this person as complaints in sudzibas.lv reflect that this person is operating this way-using latvian law to get a free stay, totally ignorant and horrible person to deal with. He would take his time to switch off phone every time you call and count your phonecalls but wouldnt answer to you when bills are not paid. He reads texts but ignores. He is a lawyer and talks well but dont buy his cheap talk. He is also a managing director in idental dentistry clinic in riga. Be careful and do not become a victim of this person!
