UTOvacation review: Scam-do not book any vacations with this company.Will give zero star if available

This company is a scam. I booked a family vacation for 6 persons, to phuket with this company. As per their requirement, I booked my own flights and notified both passport information as well as flight information as per to the company's satisfaction. One month before the start of vacation, uto vacations left a voice message saying our vacation is cancelled. I am yet to receive my money back. The credits they give you expire and is worth nothing. I tried multiple times to contact this company with out success.
