USHub.com review: Lead generation

On April 14, 2023 around 10:20am I spoke with Ms. Teresa Young about their lead program at USHUB followed by an email at 10:36 am with a flyer attached to it. In which Ms. Teresa Young summarized their program what we discussed on the phone. She told me that I would received exclusive listing for Prince George's (Laurel) county. I am quoting her: "this area generates an average of 10 to 15 leads each month. With an average of 1 out of 10 converting into closings. She went on further to say they offer two types of packages. The 90 day day commitment at $399 per month and the six month commitment for $349. There is also a one time fee of $250 for onboarding. At no time did she I could not get a refund. On April18 3:20pm I called back Ms Young to discussed further then I paid her in full for the 6 months and she email me a receipt I specifically asked her if they screen the leads before they pass them on and she told me yes, but what she fail to explain is that they did not actually speak with the supposedly potential leads. Their information was solely base on some information some persons fill. The next day I got 6 leads, 4 of those information was invalid and the other 2 were angry and stated they were not interest in buying or selling they were just browsing. I called the following day and explain to the situation to Ms young and told I am not comfortable with this and I need a refund. She directed me to member service. When I called I spoke with Justin Anthony who told me I can not get a refund and he personally would take over my account and ensured I get right leads. I told I do not want to continue with his service and I need a refund. I tried reaching out to a few more leads after the information w were incorrect includes email and phone number.
