I purchased a rack and pinion steering from usautopartscar.com. After getting the part replaced and trying to return the core for credit. It was difficult trying get in touch with customer service on getting a return label, plus when I went UPS to ship it. They wanted to charge me over $100 to ship it which was totally crazy. I wanted to speak to someone over phone about my situation by there is no customer service number to call, only an email address. USAUTOPARTSCAR you have to do better with your customer service.

I recently had some work done on my car by USAutopartsCar LLC, and overall I was satisfied with the experience. While the issue with my right front ball joint was fixed perfectly, there was a bit of a hiccup with the left front – it seems that the replacement part was just a hair too small for my car. However, I do appreciate the effort put into resolving the issue, and the team at USAutopartsCar LLC handled the situation professionally and efficiently.

In terms of other aspects of my experience with this company, I found their customer service to be top-notch. When I first contacted them about my car issue, they were quick to respond and answer all my questions. We would appreciate it if vendors paid as much attention to customer satisfaction as they do by making a sale.
