Subject: COMPLAINT OF INELIGIBILITY DUE TO! Any thing you can think of not to hire Vet's

1. I recently retired 34 years of services, I applied for over 40 positions on USA Jobs. I was found ineligible due to everything that you can think about this is unbelievable! (Right) something is going on that's not Right, I want a investigation in this matter ASAP! (Below is just one reason)
This refers to the application you recently submitted to this office for the position below:
Position Title: PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (SHIPS)
Pay Plan/Series/Grade: GS-1152-12
Promotion Potential: None
Hiring Office: FW DEPLOYED REG MAINT CTR DET BAHRAIN
Location: Bahrain Island, Bahrain?

You were found: Ineligible for the following position or positions:
GS-1152-12; You were not considered because you are not located within commuting distance of this position.

The following is your referral status for the position or positions to which you applied:
You have not been referred to the hiring manager for position GS-1152-12 in Bahrain Island, Bahrain
So many different excuses listed below. I was found ineligible for GS - Vacancy Identification Numbers:
2. The announcement clearly stated that relocation would be provided if needed. Therefore, rejecting my application because I was not in the local vicinity is not valid.
3. I don't want to list all 30 different reasons for been ineligible but clearly job description do not list these requirements.
4. I would like to forward you all the emails that I have received reasons for ineligibilities that is not correct and Not Right!
I understand that I have a different complaint process for Charge filing and Notice of Right-to sue Requirements
I would like to be contacted, after a review of my case and explain all the different reasons why, Because I don't want to file a lawsuit under federal law alleging discrimination for all 30 different reasons
5.co-ordinating peer reviews of documentation was required for the position, yet it is actually not required to fulfill the requirements of the position. Normally
Since it is unlawful to discriminate against persons due to geographic location and to direct U.S. funds for personal benefit (giving a job to a friend), I ask for an investigation as to why I was rejected for no rational reason. Again, the position advertised that relocation would be provided; if funding was actually not provided, I would pay for my own transportation. I have been there before and know how to get there and the cost of travel.

Sincerely,

Eric Fray
