USA Garden Center review: Order#28352, planter containers

I tried contacting USA Garden Center by email April 15, 2021 requesting a refun, those are the instructions given to receive a return shipping label for a refund. I haven't received any response to my email I sent or a return shipping label to return the merchandise. I received emails daily from this company selling products.
