Elevator door would not open on second floor. Broken light in stairwell, light cover lying on floor. Check-in unfriendly. Ran out of coffee at breakfast. Went to tell Mgr on duty, sitting in office with feet propped up. He had no clue what was going on with breakfast. Carts to unload/load luggage unavailable. Everyone had to wait on one. When we finally got one, it wouldn't roll properly, very difficult to maneuver. Definitely not worth $130.
