Well I bought cool pad three months ago I was ripped off badly I had it cost 150.00 because my LG was messing up people I talked to was rude to me I'm am on disability reason got new phone LG was junk I want new phone or my money back me and my husband is disabled need phone I had to take service off cool pad put back on other junk I want new phone
