I have been dealing with the Dominos location at 502 Williamsport Pike in Martinsburg, WV for many years. Lately the level of service has declined significantly. I understand the problems with covid and such and don't expect miracles. Just recently I had an order that took over 2 hours to be delivered. I did not complain but received an email apologizing and included a coupon either for a free pizza or 20% off anything on the menu. I have tried using the promo code online and it will not work. When I called the manager told the person on the phone that the best he could do was let me use a coupn that they couldn't enter promo codes manually. If they don't want to honor the code they gave me just say so and I can get my pizza and chicken elsewhere. I just want the situation resolved and of corse the manager will not get on the phone and resolve the problem. Thank You James Hudson 154 Sprinkle Mill Rd Martinsburg, WV 25404
