Family Dollar

I pulled into the family dollar in franklin wv 12/16/19 it was 9:45pm got out my car walked to the door pushed on the door and it wouldnt move, it was locked! The sign on the door says it was open till 10pm both managers was there it was neda and tiffany, neda shook her head no and said not unlocking door its almost closing time... This ain't the first time it has happened and doubt it will be the last
