Ordered at drive in, when we arrived home to eat, we did not have the french dip & swiss sandwich we had ordered. Went back to the store, went inside only to be handed the sandwiches that had been setting on the counter for 30 minutes. I refused those sandwiches and asked for them to be made fresh. Since this was not my mistake, but the person handed it out the window. She was very rude about the whole situation. I asked for at least half my money back for the inconvenience of the whole situation and the rudest from the employee. She got even more rude and said she could not do that. Which I had no intention of asking for this, until the employee was so rude and unkind. We will not return to this Arby's.
Desired outcome: Would like a full refund of the $25.84 that we spent on this meal, only to be mistreated and caused to come back to the location for the meal we ordered. on 8/06/23 - DT370
