Burger King

I went to the Burger King in Beckley West Virginia. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru just for them to make my order wrong. I went in to get the order replaced and let them know that I am now late for work, I'm a min of fast food so I know the complaint protocol. I was not treated right by management, they rushed me out the door she said here's your refund no apology for me waiting or my food being wrong. I called the store and corporate on two different occasions was never contacted back. Shows me how much the management really cares
