Scheduled an appointment for 6/17/23 only to find out their system was down upon my arrival and they indicated they tried calling me to reschedule. I rescheduled for 6/24/23 @ 5:20pm. I arrived at 5:25 they told me it was a 5 minute grace period and they couldn't see me and I would need to reschedule. The manager was very rude when I told her how is there a 5 minute grace period and it's not honored. I felt she did not want to service me and I told her what she was doing was not right. I was never sent any correspondence indicating a 5 minute grace period in the first place. I just felt as a manager she didn't try her best to help me. I've been a customer for over 5 years when they took over stein optical. Professionally they do not put customers first.
Desired outcome: To at least honor their 5 minute grace period and handle all customers in a professional and caring manner.
