I was absolutely disappointed in this company. First I have covid. I am trying to make my claim. Second I couldn't understand her for it sounded as she just woke up to answer my call and I could hear someone in the background snoring. She was not very professional at all. I get people are working from home but come on... No one wants to hear someone snoring. Let alone this girl just waking up. Ridiculous. I I can see why there are so many mistakes made by this company. I can't believe ascension still uses this place.
Desired outcome: Find people worth paying to actually work!

I have found that majority of all claims managers for Sedgwick TPA work at home. I have had 3 and all if them work from home one of mine works in Florida and I can hear her hot tub /or spa/pool running. I have called and she will answer and have to turn her music down after answering the phone.
