I visited the store on january 27, 2020 at approximately 2pm to purchase items for my new puppy. I asked a young man where I could find an id tag and the engraving machine. Instead of telling me where to look, he pointed in the direction of both the tags and the machine like I was a dog! I was very angry, (particularly after going to the machine and learning that I needed to purchase the tag prior to engraving the tag) but there were so few people working I didn't know who to complain to about such poor behavior. I also had a number of questions about the products that I purchased, but I certainly was not going to ask the same kid that was rude to me. I paid for my products ($183) and left. I still needed some products, but I purchased them at petsmart instead. Your employees need better customer service training!
Desired outcome: Someone needs to have a conversation with the young man. He was also the cashier.
