Aurora Health Care - Health care at Aurora Health Care Good Hope Rd Milwaukee WI

New to WI and should've walked out. I had the unfortunate experience of landing in Urgent Care on Good Hope Rd. I have had an earache for 3 days. I made appt for 1pm. When I arrived for 1pm, I'm told by the "mute" receptionist, with her badge turned around, that I had a 1pm "reservation". Interesting distinction. I asked 2x where I was on the reservation list and I was 7th, 1st, and back down. I was finally given the courtesy of a treatment room by two RN/Medical Assistants - one in training - both very nice. A quick once-over for BP etc. They left me. By two hours' time, Chris the PA (Christopher Mayer) bounced in. I shared with him I had recently had Covid-19 but got a bad ear ache 3 days ago. He took a peek in my good ear, then the one that hurts. Nothing wrong here. You need to take an OTC antihistamine to get rid of the effusion. Good to know. He didn't address my sore throat. He didn't look at my throat. He did not listen to my chest. He did not look at my nose. He was uninterested in my concerns. He did not do ANYTHING. I also live in a new-build apartment complex, that a portion, has been evacuated due to finding TCE vapors. Today, I discovered that my building is now being tested. I asked Chris to request a lab test for exposure. He said they could not order such a test as it wasn't ordinary, nor was it on his computer selection. I would not be writing any of this, except I am in receipt of his/their post-visit summary where all systems were reviewed (they were not), we had conversation regarding treatment plan and follow-up (we did not), he wrote on my MEDICAL RECORD that I was angry and stormed out. His commentary on this was not even understandable (sic) "that is why he would this placed." WHAT THE HECK? Do I trust a healthcare facility that cannot spell check or make their point? He certainly wanted it to be known that *I* was unkind and "stormed" out. I did leave abruptly as I'd been there nearly three hours for nothing. I murmured, aloud, "What am I doing in this place?" That is true. In the same summary, he noted I am pleasant and is thankful to be involved in my care! It was like a third-world country in the lobby. The staff were unwelcoming. The PA-C was miserable and unkind. Thank God it appears to be nothing to worry about. I will also send this to my insurance as I received no care, whatsoever, with the exception of the two RN/Med Assistants who escorted me to the treatment room. NEVER, NEVER will this "new-to - Wisconsin" resident use this facility again. I felt like I needed to be hosed off from the bad vibes and unwelcoming place.

Desired outcome: I want a response from the Medical Director and the inaccurate characterization of my STOMPING OUT removed.
