My name is Quishana Woodley-Walker a patient of Dr.O Braimah when I reached out to schedule an appointment with her a nurse named Molly from her office left a voice message stating that I could see a covering physician or establish care with someone else leaving out the fact my doctor was no longer there I got that news from my wife when she happen to call for some follow ups! so my question is ,patients don't get letters informing them of these situations with options I am so upset I am scared to see some one else my health got better with her I would have at least appreciated recommendations from her so in my Book I Was Abandoned! OH AND IT HAS BEEN TIMES IN THE PAST THAT WESTBEND OFFICE KNEW SHE WAS GONNA BE GONE LONG PERRIODS OF TIME THEY SAID NOTHING BUT JUST KEPT CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS UNTIL WE ASKED ABOUT OUR Dr. Whereabouts! UNACCEPTABLE!
